Excellent extra virgin olive oil is produced on three hectares of olive grove. In November and December we pick the olives and cold press them daily into oil made from four varieties of olives, which complement each other perfectly: Belica, Leccino, Pendolino and Ascolana. It is characterized by a harmonious and full fruity flavour, balanced spiciness and typical bitterness. It has a certificate of integrated production, a certificate for extra virgin olive oil from the Slovene Istria, and a protected designation of origin.
